I approach credit repair from a consumer law perspective. That means I'm not just teaching you to write dispute letters and hope for the best. I'm teaching you to understand your federal rights under the FCRA, the FDCPA, and the FCBA and to use every legal tool available to you.
The credit bureaus and collection agencies are counting on you not knowing your rights. When you file a CFPB complaint, when you demand method of verification, when you escalate to the BBB and the State Attorney General — the game changes. When companies violate the law, there are consequences, including your right to sue.
